Return Policy

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In the case of a return:

1. Fill out the special Return Form, which you will find inside the package or here, in order to inform us, if you wish, of the reasons for it and the way you want us to serve you.

In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, the basic condition is that the product(s) be returned, within 14 days from the date of notification of the withdrawal, in their packaging, in excellent condition, without damage, complete and accompanied by the accompanying documents.

The Return Form gives you the following alternatives:

• Replacement: Our Company will do its best to replace the product you return to us either because the size is not right for you, or because you want another product code, or because this product is defective.

• Refund: The refund will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In any case, the Company may withhold the refund of the price until it receives the products or until the consumer provides proof that he sent the products back.

All products returned to our Company's warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control.

Return shipping charges

* The return of the product is FREE for the first time, through the company ELTA COURIER with which we collaborate. If you send it with any other company than the cooperating ELTA COURIER, you will be charged with the entire cost of the return. In the case of a change or replacement for the second or more times, you will be charged each time with the cost of return (to us) and the cost of resending (from us to you).

* The return of products when exercising the right of withdrawal, with a refund, will be at the customer's expense. The money will be refunded to you in the same way you made the payment (Paypal - Credit Card - Deposit). In the event that you have paid by cash on delivery, we will deposit the money into a bank account that you will indicate to us.
